SHIPPING POLICY

At Linden & Grey Resort, each item is made to order especially for you. Because our pieces are produced individually after your order is placed, please allow time for both production and shipping.

PROCESSING & PRODUCTION

Orders are sent into production shortly after they are placed. Production times may vary depending on the item, order volume, and time of year.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

SHIPPING TIMES

Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout when available. Please keep in mind that shipping estimates begin after production is complete and are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside of our control may occasionally affect delivery times.

MULTIPLE ITEMS

Items in the same order may be produced or fulfilled separately. As a result, your order may arrive in more than one package and packages may arrive on different days. You will not be charged additional shipping because an order is divided into multiple shipments beyond the shipping charges shown at checkout.

SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your order. Linden & Grey Resort is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at lindengreyresort@gmail.com. We will do our best to update the address if your order has not yet entered production or shipment, but changes cannot be guaranteed.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us at lindengreyresort@gmail.com with your order number and any relevant information. For damaged items, please include clear photographs of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and assist you.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International shipping availability and applicable shipping charges will be shown at checkout where offered. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
